Order Fulfillment
All items are made to order and will usually ship within 2-3 weeks. Please note that some items may take up to 4 weeks to ship.
Receipt of full payment is required prior to any production order being placed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed prior to shipment. For rush service of less than 4 weeks, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping
A shipping, handling and insurance cost of $20 is added to all domestic shipments. All US orders are shipped and insured via USPS, UPS or Fedex and require signature for delivery.
International Orders
A shipping, handling and insurance cost of $50 is added to all international orders. International orders will all ship USPS, UPS or Fedex with the customer responsible for incurring any customs/duties fees. This cost is determined by each country’s customs.
If you are shipping to a destination outside the United States, you are responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns. We want our customers to be happy, so we do offer exchanges of equal or greater value. The item in question must be received back to Carbon 6 within 10 days in original packaging and condition. If you would like to exchange an item, you MUST send an email with "exchange" in the subject line. We will reply promptly with instructions. Exchanges will not be processed without contacting us first. Customer is responsible for safe return shipping as well as shipping of new items.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at customerservice@carbon-6.com within 24 hours of when you placed your order. Because many pieces are custom made, we cannot cancel orders once production begins on our pieces.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of California. The rate is approximately 8.5%, depending on your county. If you are outside the state of California, you will not be charged tax.
Repair Policy
At Carbon 6, quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. We will repair any jewelry purchased through www.carbon-6.com.
Please email customerservice@carbon-6.com if you would like to request a repair for a piece purchased from our website. Repair on jewelry may be subject to a charge depending on the nature of the damage.
Ring Sizes
If you don't know your US ring size, we recommend getting your US size by a local jeweler. We will send you the ring size that you order. There are resources online that will allow you to convert ring sizes between different nationalities. Please email us at customerservice@carbon-6.com if you would like help converting your ring size.

Product imagery is subject to change without notice. All photographs of our pieces are intended to show as much detail as possible; some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
All total carat weight provided is estimated and can be within .05 carats of the stated weight. Carat weight for standard size rings is based on a US size 7. Pinky or midi rings are based on a US size 4.
